Project: Kiraz – Elevating Natural Beauty Through Artistry & Innovation

Scope: Branding, Brand Strategy, Packaging Design, Web Development, Photography, Video Editing, Script Writing.

The Challenge

Kiraz was born from the vision of professional makeup artist Mirna in the heart of Lebanon. The goal was to launch a cosmetic line that bridged the gap between professional artistry and daily wearability—products that are high-performance and full-coverage, yet lightweight and skin-loving. The brand needed a comprehensive identity that could convey its core message: beauty should feel effortless, and every woman should feel unstoppable.

My role was to translate this vision into a tangible brand experience, handling the entire creative ecosystem from strategic positioning to the final digital execution.

 

The Approach & Execution

1. Brand Strategy & Script Writing

The strategy focused on “Empowered Authenticity.” We defined Kiraz not just as a makeup brand, but as a catalyst for confidence. I developed a brand voice that is feminine, bold, and welcoming. Through careful script writing for campaigns and brand manifestos, we articulated the narrative that Kiraz products—from foundations to high-shine glosses—are tools for self-expression, designed to celebrate natural beauty rather than mask it.

2. Visual Identity & Packaging Design

To reflect the brand’s promise of “quality, comfort, and authenticity,” the visual identity needed to be elegant yet modern.

  • Branding: I created a visual language that mirrors the “effortless” nature of the products—clean lines, sophisticated typography, and a color palette that evokes warmth and femininity.

  • Packaging: The packaging design was crafted to feel premium and tactile. It serves as a physical extension of the product’s nourishing formula, ensuring that the unboxing experience feels as luxurious as the application itself.

3. Photography, Video Editing & Content Creation

Visual storytelling was crucial to showcase the “flawless results” of the products.

  • Photography: I directed and shot product and lifestyle imagery that highlighted textures, pigment payoff, and diversity in skin tones, reinforcing the “suitable for all skin types” promise.

  • Video Editing: I produced dynamic video assets that demonstrate the product’s lightweight coverage and versatility, creating a visual rhythm that is energetic and inspiring.

4. Web Development

To welcome customers into the “World of Kiraz,” I developed a user-centric website. The platform was built to be visually immersive and easy to navigate, seamlessly integrating the brand story with an intuitive e-commerce experience. The site serves as the digital flagship where “beauty meets confidence,” allowing the high-quality visuals and strategic messaging to guide the user journey.

The Result

Kiraz launched with a cohesive, powerful brand presence that resonates deeply with the modern woman. By unifying the visual identity, digital experience, and brand narrative under one creative direction, we successfully established Kiraz as a beacon of Lebanese beauty innovation—a brand where every shade truly tells a story.
